Alpaca Walks!!
We are so excited to begin offering the unique opportunity to walk an alpaca! Join us on a half hour guided tour exploring the Ranch grounds while you each lead one of our beautiful alpacas. After a brief introduction to your alpaca walking companion and instruction on how to safely handle them, your guide will begin this relaxing & exciting adventure! Walkers should be sure to wear appropriate footwear for all terrains as well as weather appropriate clothing. Also be sure to have plenty of space on your phone for photos and selfies! We will stop along the way for photo opportunities with your new friend as well as a chance to feed them some treats! Make your family time extra special and book your adventure today!
The fee for alpaca walks is $30 per person and must be booked at least a day in advance (book at the bottom of page). There is a maximum of 6 people per walk (slightly larger groups should contact us directly before booking). Children 12 and older may walk their own alpaca, children under 12 can accompany their parents on the walk but not with their own alpaca (they will still be able to feed treats and interact with the alpaca). If you have a child under 12 accompanying you than you only need to buy a ticket for the adult walking the alpaca not for the child (under 12). However anyone 12 years and older will need to buy a ticket to come along on the walk. Walks may be rescheduled to the next available time slot due to extreme weather in order to keep our alpacas, staff and customers safe. We ask that if you need to reschedule (1 days in advance) or Cancel (3 days in advance) you follow listed guidelines. No refunds will be given for last minute cancellations or no shows by the customer. To ensure availability of your preferred day/time book your walk in advance.
